Many of us will face imbalances in our life. There will be times when we encounter stressors, that sometimes wreak havoc within the mind and body. In a study that aimed the undergraduate population, students of a university in Texas  were all required to fulfill and physical activity elective. Yoga was one of the classes offered and students would participate two times a week. The study showed that students felt more relaxed and calmer. Though there are many things that students have to tackle, having this outlet, help them align their focus; learning how to breath to help with stress and the practice of yoga helped them empower themselves physically and mentally.

ALIGNING BODY AND MIND

Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame.
