How Yoga Can Alleviate Depression.

Research shows that yoga is a very beneficial way to help alleviate depression. While it helps promote positive effects for the mind, it is also cost efficient, and can be done in any setting. It does not pose much harm to the body as long as it is done with good form, and taken to the extent that the user can go to without feeling pain. This makes yoga a safer alternative than other yoga types of antidepressants. The conclusion is that yoga is growing to be a complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to alleviate depression.
